Who can access the Academy?

Students who are in possession of a state examination diploma from any type of school can enroll in the Academy.

Procedure for Italian citizens

It is possible to enroll in the Free Academy of Fine Arts from January 1st to September 30th. At the time of registration, the following documents must be produced:


Copy of identity certificate

Copy of qualification or replacement certificate

4 passport photos

Italian Fiscal Code

The academic fees, established by the Board of Directors depending on the school and specialization, they can be raterizable and remain unchanged for the entire duration of the course of study.

To ensure quality and effectiveness in teaching, the LABA organizes limited number classes for each school:


Three-year day course (First Level Academic Diploma)

Two-year day course (Second Level Academic Diploma)

The schools of the LABA Academy therefore have a limited-scheduled number without an entrance test.


Duration of the classes

Lessons are held from mid-October to the beginning of June in annual courses (October-June) and in semester courses (October-January / March-May). Lessons take place from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00. Three exam sessions are active: summer (June), autumn (September / October) and extraordinary in winter (February).
